At Longevity Peptides, we strive to provide high-quality research peptides for your scientific needs. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure safety and compliance with laboratory standards. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Return Window
       ○ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Beyond 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

     ○ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

     ○ Due to sterility and regulatory requirements, opened or used peptides cannot be returned.

     ○ Products that are damaged, tampered with, or not in their original condition (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for a refund.

      ○ A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process
   ○ To initiate a return, contact us at longevitypeptides@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
   ○ Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back.
   ○ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
   ○ We will provide the address in the return authorization email.

4. Refund Processing 
  ○ Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 business days), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  ○ Approved refunds will be  processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  ○ Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-original condition (if approved) or if returned after 14 days (at our discretion).

5. Non-Refundable Items
  ○ Opened or used peptides.
  ○ Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
